At Deputy Department, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
